Whats the difference between YingII and YingII.5?

NOTE: Upgrade will be on 6-25-99 10pm PDT, it is expected to take few hours.

A lot of you (users) have asked that since YingIII will not be around for a while, but I keep mentioning the upgrades are underway, so... let me release the information =)
